Responsibilities
- Strategic Sourcing: Develop and execute comprehensive sourcing strategies to optimize supply chains and reduce total cost of ownership (TCO).
- Vendor Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers, conducting performance reviews and driving continuous improvement.
- Contract Negotiation: Lead the negotiation of complex contracts, ensuring favorable terms, compliance, and risk mitigation.
- Market Analysis: Monitor market trends, pricing fluctuations, and supplier capabilities to identify opportunities for innovation and savings.
- Process Improvement: Streamline procurement processes, implement best practices, and leverage technology to enhance operational efficiency.
- Compliance: Ensure all procurement activities adhere to company policies, legal standards, and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in procurement, supply chain, or operations management.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite) and advanced Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP).
- Negotiation: Demonstrated track record of successful contract negotiations and cost-saving initiatives.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Attention to Detail: Strong analytical mindset with a focus on accuracy in data analysis and reporting.
