Responsibilities
- Oversee the end-to-end procurement lifecycle, from identifying needs to final delivery and invoice reconciliation.
- Develop and execute strategic sourcing strategies to reduce costs and improve supply chain resilience.
- Manage and nurture relationships with key vendors and suppliers to ensure quality and timely delivery.
- Negotiate complex contracts and terms of agreement to secure favorable pricing and service levels.
- Analyze spend data and market trends to forecast budget requirements and identify optimization opportunities.
- Ensure full compliance with internal policies, industry regulations, and corporate governance standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Finance, Operations, Engineering) to align procurement activities with business goals.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in procurement, supply chain, or purchasing.
- Proficiency in ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or Coupa.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and generate actionable insights.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Professional certification (CPM, CPSM, or PMP) is a strong plus.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a dynamic setting.
