Responsibilities

- Lead high-value contract negotiations to optimize cost, quality, and delivery timelines.
- Analyze market trends and supply chain risks to proactively mitigate disruptions.
- Manage and cultivate strong relationships with key international suppliers and stakeholders.
- Oversee procurement compliance and internal governance protocols.
- Drive continuous improvement in procurement processes through data-driven performance metrics.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align procurement goals with organizational objectives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or related field; MBA preferred.
- Minimum of 7+ years of experience in strategic sourcing, purchasing, or procurement.
- Expert-level proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and e-procurement software.
- Proven track record of managing multi-million dollar annual procurement budgets.
- Exceptional negotiation, analytical, and interpersonal skills.
- Professional certification (CPSM, CSCP, or PMP) highly desirable.
- Ability to thrive in a global, matrixed corporate environment.
