Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive procurement strategies aligned with organizational goals.
- Negotiate contracts and terms with vendors to secure competitive pricing and favorable conditions.
- Conduct market research and trend analysis to identify cost-saving opportunities.
- Manage the end-to-end procurement cycle, from sourcing and RFQs to vendor onboarding.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key suppliers and stakeholders.
- Monitor inventory levels and forecast demand to prevent stockouts and overstocking.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in procurement, supply chain, or logistics.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Strong proficiency in ERP systems, specifically SAP or Oracle.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional projects and manage stakeholder expectations.
- Fluency in English is mandatory; additional languages are a plus.
