- Manage the end-to-end procurement lifecycle, from requisition to contract renewal.
- Negotiate favorable terms and pricing with existing and new suppliers to maximize value.
- Analyze market trends and supplier performance data to identify cost reduction opportunities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Finance, Operations, Engineering) to forecast material needs.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, UK regulations, and international trade laws.
- Conduct regular supplier audits and performance reviews to maintain quality standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in procurement or supply chain management.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills with a proven track record of savings.
- Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics).
- Experience with supplier relationship management and contract law.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities effectively.
