Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic sourcing plans across diverse categories to maximize cost savings and value
- Manage end-to-end procurement lifecycle including RFQ, RFP, contract negotiation, and supplier onboarding
- Analyze market trends and supplier performance data to identify optimization opportunities
- Lead cross-functional projects to implement procurement technology and process improvements
- Ensure compliance with procurement policies, regulations, and sustainability standards
- Build and nurture strategic partnerships with key suppliers to drive innovation and risk mitigation
- Oversee procurement budget management and report on key procurement KPIs
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or related field; MBA or CPSM certification preferred
- 7+ years of progressive procurement experience with strategic sourcing expertise
- Proven track record in negotiating complex contracts and managing supplier relationships
- Advanced proficiency in procurement software (e.g., Coupa, Ariba) and ERP systems
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret market data and financial metrics
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Experience with international procurement and cross-cultural supplier management
