Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end procurement processes, from identifying requirements to contract negotiation and vendor onboarding.
- Analyze market trends and pricing data to develop strategic sourcing plans that drive cost reduction and efficiency.
- Manage relationships with existing vendors, negotiating contracts and renewals to ensure favorable terms.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand operational needs and ensure material availability.
- Maintain accurate records of procurement activities, contracts, and performance metrics in the ERP system.
- Identify and mitigate supply chain risks to ensure business continuity.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in procurement, supply chain, or purchasing.
- Proven experience in negotiating contracts and managing vendor relationships.
- Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or Ariba) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and market reports.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional teams.
- Certification such as CPSM or CPIM is a plus.
