Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end procurement lifecycle, from identifying strategic suppliers to contract negotiation and renewal.
- Analyze market trends to develop sourcing strategies that reduce costs while maintaining uncompromised quality.
- Manage a diverse portfolio of vendors, ensuring strict compliance and that performance metrics are consistently met.
- Cross-functional collaboration with operations, finance, and engineering teams to align procurement with broader business goals.
- Develop and implement supplier diversity initiatives to foster an inclusive and resilient supply chain.
- Prepare detailed reports on spending analysis, market conditions, and procurement forecasts.
- Identify risks in the supply chain and develop mitigation strategies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in procurement or supply chain management.
- Proven track record of negotiating favorable contracts and managing complex vendor relationships.
- Expertise in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite).
- Certification such as CPSM, CPM, or CPIM is highly preferred.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and market reports.
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
