Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic sourcing strategies to meet organizational needs.
- Lead the vendor selection process, including RFPs and RFQs, ensuring a diverse and qualified supplier base.
- Negotiate contracts and terms to achieve favorable pricing and service level agreements (SLAs).
- Analyze market trends and pricing data to identify cost reduction opportunities.
- Monitor supplier performance and manage risk within the supply chain.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of materials.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in procurement, supply chain management, or related fields.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related discipline.
- Proven track record of negotiating complex contracts and achieving significant cost savings.
- Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial data and market reports.
