Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive procurement strategies to meet organizational goals and budget requirements.
- Lead end-to-end sourcing cycles, including market research, RFx management, and supplier selection.
- Negotiate favorable contracts and terms with vendors to maximize value and minimize risk.
- Monitor supplier performance through KPI tracking and regular performance reviews.
- Analyze market trends and internal data to forecast demand and identify cost-reduction opportunities.
- Ensure compliance with corporate policies, ethical standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Finance, Operations, R&D) to align purchasing with production schedules.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain management.
- Proven experience in negotiating complex contracts and managing high-value vendor relationships.
- Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar) is required.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial data and market reports.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Certification (CPSM, CPM) is a plus.
