Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic sourcing plans for key commodities across multiple categories
- Lead vendor negotiations to secure optimal pricing, payment terms, and service agreements
- Analyze market trends and data to identify cost reduction opportunities and risk mitigation strategies
- Manage supplier relationships through regular performance reviews and contract compliance monitoring
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define procurement requirements and align with business goals
- Implement and maintain procurement policies, procedures, and sustainability standards
- Utilize ERP systems (SAP preferred) for purchase order management and inventory optimization
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field
- 5+ years of progressive procurement experience with demonstrated cost savings achievements
- Certified Professional in Supply Management (CPSM) or equivalent certification preferred
- Expertise in contract negotiation, supplier evaluation, and risk management frameworks
- Advanced proficiency in procurement software (Ariba, Coupa) and MS Excel with data analysis skills
- Strong analytical abilities with experience in spend analysis and market research
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
