Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic procurement plans to support business growth and operational efficiency.
- Conduct comprehensive market research and supplier analysis to identify cost-saving opportunities and emerging market trends.
- Negotiate complex contracts, terms, and conditions with vendors to secure favorable pricing, delivery schedules, and service level agreements.
- Manage the end-to-end vendor lifecycle, including onboarding, performance monitoring, and relationship management.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Operations, Finance, Logistics) to forecast demand and align procurement activities.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and corporate governance standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in procurement, supply chain, or purchasing.
- Proven track record of successful contract negotiation and achieving cost reduction targets.
- Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and advanced Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on building high-trust relationships.
