Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive procurement strategies to meet business objectives.
- Conduct market research and analyze pricing trends to secure favorable contract terms.
- Manage the end-to-end vendor selection process, including RFIs, RFPs, and negotiations.
- Maintain and improve supplier relationships to ensure quality delivery and service excellence.
- Analyze spend data to identify cost-saving opportunities and implement category management practices.
- Oversee contract administration and compliance to mitigate supply chain risks.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of progressive experience in procurement or supply chain management.
- Proven track record of successful vendor negotiations and contract management.
- Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or Ariba) and data analysis tools.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
