Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic sourcing strategies to optimize supply chain efficiency and reduce operational costs.
- Lead negotiations with global suppliers to secure favorable terms, pricing, and contract renewals.
- Manage the end-to-end procurement lifecycle, from requisition and sourcing to contract administration and vendor performance reviews.
- Analyze market trends and supplier data to identify cost-saving opportunities and mitigate supply chain risks.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with operations, finance, and engineering teams to ensure procurement aligns with project goals.
- Maintain accurate procurement records and ensure full compliance with company policies and regulatory standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Minimum of 5+ years of progressive experience in procurement, sourcing, or supply chain management within a corporate environment.
- Strong proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or equivalent) and procurement software.
- Exceptional analytical, negotiation, and problem-solving skills with a proven track record of delivering cost savings.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership abilities.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel for vendor site visits.
