Responsibilities
- Strategic Sourcing: Develop and execute comprehensive procurement strategies aligned with business goals to reduce costs and improve service levels.
- Vendor Management: Cultivate strong relationships with key suppliers, negotiate contracts, and manage performance reviews to ensure continuous improvement.
- Market Analysis: Conduct in-depth market research and trend analysis to anticipate price fluctuations and identify new sourcing opportunities.
- Compliance: Ensure all purchasing activities adhere to company policies, legal regulations, and ethical standards.

Qualifications
- Education: Bachelorâs degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field. Masterâs degree preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 5+ years of progressive experience in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain management.
- Negotiation Skills: Proven track record of successfully negotiating contracts and favorable terms with vendors.
