Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic procurement plans across 15+ categories
- Lead vendor negotiations securing 10-15% annual cost reductions
- Manage end-to-end sourcing process from RFQ to contract signing
- Analyze market trends to identify innovative sourcing opportunities
- Oversee supplier performance metrics and relationship management
- Implement sustainability initiatives in procurement practices
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on procurement strategy alignment
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, or related field
- 8+ years procurement experience in industrial/manufacturing sector
- CIPS or equivalent procurement certification required
- Expertise in ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) and e-procurement tools
- Proven track record of contract negotiation and risk management
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision making
- Fluency in English with Mandarin proficiency preferred
