Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and lead global sourcing and category management strategies to optimize a $150M+ annual spend.
- Negotiate complex, high-value supplier contracts to secure optimal pricing, quality, delivery, and service level terms.
- Establish, monitor, and improve key performance indicators (KPIs) for vendor quality, lead times, and financial compliance.
- Identify and mitigate global supply chain risks through proactive market analysis, diversification, and contingency planning.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Engineering, Finance, and Operations to align procurement goals with product launch timelines.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives and digital transformation within our SAP ERP procurement workflows.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a highly related quantitative field.
- 6+ years of progressive experience in strategic sourcing, purchasing, or procurement within a global manufacturing or logistics environment.
- Proven track record of delivering measurable cost-savings and process optimizations of 10% or more annually.
- Expertise in utilizing enterprise-level ERP systems, specifically SAP, Ariba, or Oracle.
- Professional certification (e.g., CPSM, CSCP, or CIPS) is highly desirable.
- Advanced negotiation skills with a demonstrated ability to influence stakeholders at all levels of leadership.
