Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive category sourcing strategies to reduce costs and mitigate risks.
- Negotiate high-value contracts and service level agreements with global vendors.
- Analyze spend data to identify cost-saving opportunities and process efficiencies.
- Partner with cross-functional departments to align procurement activities with business goals.
- Monitor market trends and supplier performance to maintain a competitive supply base.
- Implement sustainable procurement practices to meet ESG objectives.
- Manage vendor onboarding and ongoing compliance assessments.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- Minimum of 7+ years of experience in strategic sourcing or procurement.
- Proven track record of successful contract negotiations with global suppliers.
- Deep expertise in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite) and spend analytics tools.
- Strong understanding of supply chain risk management and legal compliance.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to mentor junior procurement staff.
- CPM or CPSM certification is highly desired.
