Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic sourcing initiatives to identify and secure optimal suppliers for various categories.
- Negotiate complex contracts, terms, and pricing agreements to achieve significant cost savings and favorable conditions.
- Manage end-to-end procurement processes, including RFI/RFP creation, vendor selection, onboarding, and performance monitoring.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with internal stakeholders (e.g., engineering, operations, finance) to understand requirements and ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate supply chain risks, ensuring continuity of supply and compliance with company policies and regulations.
- Drive continuous improvement in procurement policies, procedures, and systems, leveraging best practices and technology.
- Analyze market trends, spend data, and supplier performance to identify opportunities for cost reduction, efficiency gains, and innovation.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
- 5+ years of progressive experience in procurement, strategic sourcing, or supply chain management.
- Proven expertise in contract negotiation, vendor relationship management, and managing complex procurement projects.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in procurement software (e.g., SAP Ariba, Oracle ERP) and advanced MS Excel.
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities.
- Certifications such as Certified Professional in Supply Management (CPSM) or Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP) are highly desirable.
