- Build and maintain strong partnerships with key global suppliers to ensure supply chain resiliency.
- Analyze spend data to identify cost-saving opportunities and process improvements.
- Manage end-to-end procurement workflows, ensuring compliance with internal policies and regulatory standards.
- Mentor junior procurement analysts to foster a high-performance team environment.
- Collaborate with cross-functional leadership to align purchasing activities with operational requirements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in procurement or strategic sourcing.
- Proven expertise in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and advanced spend analysis tools.
- Strong analytical skills with a track record of delivering measurable cost reductions.
- Excellent negotiation skills and experience managing multi-million dollar vendor contracts.
- Professional certification such as CPSM or CSCP preferred.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
