AeroStream Manufacturing is seeking a Senior Procurement Manager to lead our global purchasing strategies, optimize vendor ecosystems, and deliver substantial cost efficiencies without compromising on quality or resilience.
In this pivotal role, you will champion supply chain continuity, negotiate high-value enterprise contracts, and collaborate closely with cross-functional executive leadership to align procurement operations with our rapid commercial expansion.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute global strategic sourcing plans to optimize category spend and mitigate supply chain risks.
- Lead high-stakes contract negotiations, securing favorable pricing, quality metrics, and service level agreements (SLAs).
- Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive vendor accountability and continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with Engineering, Operations, and Quality teams to ensure timely raw material availability for production schedules.
- Identify and execute cost-reduction opportunities across both direct and indirect spend categories.
- Mentor, coach, and scale a high-performing team of buyers and procurement specialists.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or Engineering (MBA or CPSM/CIPS certification highly preferred).
- 7+ years of progressive experience in strategic procurement, purchasing, or global supply chain management.
- Proven track record of managing multi-million dollar spend portfolios and delivering documented bottom-line savings.
- Expert negotiation skills with a deep understanding of contract law and commercial terms.
- Proficiency with tier-1 ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite) and advanced data analytics platforms.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities in a multinational matrix environment.
