Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive category strategies to drive competitive advantage.
- Manage end-to-end sourcing processes, including RFP/RFQ development and vendor negotiations.
- Monitor and analyze global market trends to mitigate supply chain risks and identify cost-saving opportunities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to align procurement goals with organizational needs.
- Evaluate and manage vendor performance through rigorous KPIs and quarterly business reviews.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives in procurement workflows and digital adoption.
- Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or Finance; MBA preferred.
- 5+ years of progressive experience in strategic sourcing, purchasing, or procurement.
- Proven track record of managing high-value contracts and complex vendor relationships.
- Deep understanding of supply chain logistics, inventory management, and ERP systems (SAP or Oracle experience preferred).
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data-driven decision-making and contract law.
- Exceptional negotiation, communication, and leadership capabilities.
- CPSM or PMP certification is highly desirable.
