Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic sourcing strategies for key commodities (electronics, logistics, MRO)
- Lead supplier negotiations, contract management, and risk mitigation initiatives
- Analyze market trends and leverage data analytics for cost savings targets
- Drive ESG compliance in procurement processes and supplier diversity programs
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to align procurement with business objectives
- Manage procurement budget and KPI reporting to C-suite
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or related field
- 8+ years procurement experience with 3+ in leadership roles
- CIPS or CPSM certification strongly preferred
- Expertise in strategic sourcing, contract law, and supplier relationship management
- Advanced proficiency in SAP Ariba and procurement analytics tools
- Proven track record of achieving 15%+ cost savings initiatives
- Fluency in English with Mandarin proficiency for APAC supplier engagement
