In this role, you will be responsible for the end-to-end procurement lifecycle, from strategic sourcing to contract management. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that our material requirements are met with the highest quality standards and cost-effectiveness.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive procurement strategies aligned with company goals to drive cost reduction and process improvement.
- Lead the sourcing process for direct and indirect materials, managing the full lifecycle of vendor selection, negotiation, and contract renewal.
- Manage and cultivate relationships with key suppliers to ensure high performance, quality, and timely delivery.
- Analyze market trends, pricing fluctuations, and supply chain risks to make data-driven purchasing decisions.
- Oversee the procurement team, providing mentorship, training, and performance evaluations to foster a high-performing culture.
- Ensure compliance with all company policies, ISO standards, and legal regulations regarding purchasing and contracts.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- Minimum of 7+ years of experience in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain management, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Proven track record of successfully negotiating contracts and achieving significant cost savings.
- Expert knowledge of ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and procurement software.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and financial reports.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of influencing stakeholders at all levels.
