- Analyze market trends and spend data to identify opportunities for process improvement and cost reduction.
- Manage vendor performance through rigorous KPIs and regular business reviews.
- Collaborate with engineering and operations teams to align procurement activities with production demands.
- Maintain compliance with all regulatory requirements and internal purchasing policies.
- Mentor junior procurement specialists to build a culture of excellence and operational efficiency.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- Minimum of 7+ years of experience in strategic sourcing and procurement within a global manufacturing or tech environment.
- Proven expertise in ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, PowerBI).
- Professional certification such as CPSM or CSCP is highly desirable.
