- Develop and execute strategic sourcing initiatives across 15+ categories
- Lead supplier negotiations for complex contracts worth $50M+
- Analyze market trends to identify cost reduction opportunities
- Manage supplier performance and risk mitigation programs
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on procurement integration
- Implement sustainable procurement practices and ESG compliance
- Drive digital transformation in procurement processes
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, or related field
- 8+ years progressive procurement/sourcing experience
- CPSM or CIPS certification preferred
- Expertise in contract negotiation and supplier management
- Advanced proficiency in SAP Ariba and procurement analytics
- Strong financial acumen and cost analysis skills
- Proven track record of delivering 15%+ cost savings
- Experience managing global supplier networks
