Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive global sourcing strategies to reduce costs while maintaining quality.
- Lead contract negotiations and manage master service agreements (MSAs) with key stakeholders.
- Analyze spend patterns and market trends to identify opportunities for process improvement.
- Oversee supplier performance management, including KPIs, audits, and remediation plans.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Operations, Finance, and Legal departments.
- Manage end-to-end procurement workflows, from RFP/RFQ generation to final purchase order issuance.
- Mentor junior procurement analysts to build a high-performing department.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- 7+ years of experience in strategic sourcing, procurement, or supply chain management.
- Proven track record in managing high-value contracts and complex vendor relationships.
- Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite) and advanced data analytics tools.
- Strong analytical, negotiation, and strategic thinking capabilities.
- CPSM or PMP certification is highly desirable.
- Ability to thrive in a data-driven environment with a focus on ROI.
