- Develop and execute strategic sourcing plans for raw materials and MRO supplies
- Lead vendor negotiations securing optimal pricing and favorable terms
- Manage supplier relationships and performance metrics
- Analyze market trends and procurement data to drive cost reduction initiatives
- Oversee purchasing budget and expense controls
- Implement and improve procurement processes and technologies
- Ensure compliance with ISO 9001 and sustainability standards
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 8+ years progressive purchasing experience with 3+ in management
- Certified Professional in Supply Management (CPSM) designation required
- Expertise in ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) and e-procurement platforms
- Proven success in strategic sourcing and contract negotiation
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making ability
- Experience managing global supply chains and diverse vendor portfolios
