Responsibilities
- Develop and execute end-to-end procurement strategies for key categories
- Lead negotiations with global suppliers to secure favorable terms
- Manage vendor relationships and performance metrics
- Analyze market trends and identify cost reduction opportunities
- Ensure compliance with procurement policies and sustainability standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on strategic projects
- Implement and optimize procurement technologies (ERP/SRM systems)
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, or related field
- 8+ years in procurement/sourcing with 3+ in leadership
- CIPS or CPSM certification preferred
- Expertise in strategic sourcing and contract management
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision making
- Experience managing APAC supply chains
- Proficiency in procurement software (SAP, Oracle Ariba)
- Fluency in English and Mandarin
