Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive category sourcing strategies to achieve cost-savings targets.
- Manage end-to-end RFP processes, including vendor identification, contract negotiation, and final award.
- Build and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with key stakeholders and strategic suppliers.
- Monitor market trends and supply chain risks to proactively mitigate potential disruptions.
- Analyze procurement performance metrics and provide actionable insights to executive leadership.
- Ensure full compliance with global procurement policies and internal procurement standards.
- Oversee supplier performance reviews to maintain quality, cost, and delivery benchmarks.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or Finance.
- Minimum of 7+ years of experience in procurement, strategic sourcing, or supply chain management.
- Proven track record of successful contract negotiations and vendor management.
- Strong proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics) and MS Excel.
- Professional certification such as CPSM or CSCP is highly preferred.
- Exceptional analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional, global business environment.
