Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive global sourcing strategies for direct and indirect categories.
- Lead contract negotiations to secure competitive pricing, favorable terms, and risk mitigation.
- Identify and vet new high-quality vendors to broaden our supply chain capacity.
- Analyze spend data to identify cost-saving opportunities and process improvements.
- Manage key supplier performance through KPIs and regular strategic business reviews.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Finance, Legal, and Operations to streamline purchasing workflows.
- Ensure full compliance with industry regulations and internal procurement policies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Finance, or a related field; MBA or CPSM certification is a plus.
- Minimum of 7+ years of progressive experience in strategic procurement or category management.
- Expert-level proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite) and spend analysis tools.
- Proven track record of managing multi-million dollar annual procurement budgets.
- Exceptional negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex data for strategic planning.
- Deep understanding of global supply chain logistics and international trade regulations.
