Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive category sourcing strategies to achieve cost-savings targets.
- Manage end-to-end contract lifecycles, from RFx creation to final negotiation and compliance monitoring.
- Conduct regular market analysis to identify emerging trends and potential supply chain vulnerabilities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align procurement activities with broader business objectives.
- Establish and maintain high-impact relationships with key strategic suppliers globally.
- Monitor and report on KPIs, including cost reduction, vendor performance, and lead-time optimization.
- Lead initiatives to improve procurement operational efficiency through digital transformation.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or Finance.
- Minimum of 7+ years of experience in strategic sourcing, procurement, or supply chain management.
- Proven track record of delivering significant cost savings in large-scale enterprise environments.
- Expert-level proficiency in contract law, risk management, and supplier negotiation tactics.
- Advanced analytical skills with experience in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics).
- Professional certification such as CPSM or CSCP is highly preferred.
- Strong leadership abilities with a collaborative approach to internal stakeholder management.
