- Manage end-to-end purchasing cycles while maintaining strict adherence to corporate compliance and quality standards.
- Oversee supplier performance evaluations through rigorous KPI tracking and periodic business reviews.
- Mentor junior procurement specialists to foster a high-performance culture within the department.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- Minimum of 7+ years of experience in strategic sourcing, procurement, or supply chain management.
- Proven track record of managing significant annual spend budgets with measurable cost savings.
- Advanced proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics) and procurement analytics tools.
- Strong negotiation skills with a deep understanding of contract law and supply chain logistics.
- Professional certification such as CPSM or CSCP is highly desirable.
