Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive category sourcing strategies to ensure supply chain resilience.
- Lead complex contract negotiations with global vendors to achieve optimal pricing and service levels.
- Monitor market trends and raw material pricing to mitigate financial risks.
- Build and maintain strong cross-functional relationships with internal stakeholders and external suppliers.
- Optimize procurement workflows and integrate new digital procurement technologies.
- Ensure 100% compliance with corporate governance and sustainability policies.
- Analyze spend data to identify cost-reduction opportunities and performance improvements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Finance, or a related field; MBA or CPSM certification is a strong plus.
- Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in strategic sourcing or procurement roles.
- Proven track record in managing multi-million dollar spend categories.
- Advanced proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and procurement analytics tools.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to influence leadership and manage vendor partnerships.
- Deep understanding of global trade regulations, logistics, and supply chain risk management.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and negotiation capabilities.
