Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or related field
- 8+ years in procurement/sourcing with 3+ in leadership
- CIPS/SCMP certification preferred
- Expertise in ERP systems (SAP Ariba preferred)
- Strong analytical and negotiation skills
- Experience managing global supplier relationships
- Proven track record in cost reduction initiatives
- Fluency in English and Mandarin advantageous
