Responsibilities
- Develop and execute end-to-end procurement strategies aligned with business objectives and ESG standards
- Lead complex vendor negotiations and contract management for high-value contracts
- Analyze market trends to identify cost-saving opportunities and mitigate supply chain risks
- Oversee procurement budget management and KPI reporting to executive stakeholders
- Drive digital transformation in procurement processes through ERP system optimization
- Mentor junior procurement specialists and foster cross-functional collaboration
- Ensure compliance with international trade regulations and sustainability frameworks
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field
- 8+ years of progressive procurement experience with 3+ years in leadership
- CIPS or CPSM certification strongly preferred
- Expertise in strategic sourcing, cost analysis, and supplier relationship management
- Proven track record in negotiating multi-million dollar contracts
- Advanced proficiency in SAP Ariba and procurement analytics tools
- Strong understanding of APAC market dynamics and regulatory landscapes
- Exceptional communication skills with fluency in English
