Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive procurement strategies aligned with business goals to maximize value and minimize risk.
- Lead the end-to-end sourcing process, including market analysis, RFP/RFQ management, and contract negotiation.
- Manage a portfolio of key suppliers, conducting performance reviews and driving continuous improvement initiatives.
- Analyze market trends and pricing data to identify opportunities for cost reduction and efficiency gains.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Operations, Finance, Engineering) to ensure supply chain continuity.
- Maintain accurate procurement records and ensure full compliance with company policies and regulations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in procurement, supply chain management, or a similar role.
- Proven track record of successful vendor negotiation and contract management.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP systems (SAP experience is a plus).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of influencing stakeholders at all levels.
- Certification as a CIPS or CPSM is highly desirable.
