- Negotiate complex contracts with Fortune 500 suppliers, achieving 10-15% cost savings
- Lead cross-functional procurement projects including supplier diversity initiatives
- Implement and maintain supplier performance management systems
- Analyze market trends to mitigate supply chain risks
- Manage team of 4 procurement specialists with KPI-driven mentorship
- Oversee procurement budget allocation and financial compliance
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or related field
- 8+ years progressive procurement experience with 3+ years in management
- CPSM or CIPS certification preferred
- Expertise in ERP systems (SAP Ariba, Oracle) and e-procurement tools
- Proven success in international vendor negotiations and compliance
- Advanced data analytics skills with experience in procurement dashboards
- Strong leadership with change management experience
- Proficiency in contract law and regulatory compliance (ISO 9001)
