Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive global sourcing strategies for direct and indirect spend categories.
- Negotiate high-value contracts, service level agreements (SLAs), and pricing terms to maximize organizational ROI.
- Conduct deep-dive market analysis to identify emerging trends, risks, and cost-saving opportunities.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Operations, Finance, and Legal teams to ensure seamless procurement workflows.
- Lead vendor performance reviews and manage strategic supplier relationships to maintain quality standards.
- Oversee procurement compliance, ensuring all activities align with corporate governance and sustainability goals.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- 7+ years of progressive experience in procurement, strategic sourcing, or supply chain management.
- Proven track record of successful high-stakes contract negotiations.
- Expertise in ERP software (SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics) and advanced spend analytics tools.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate complex data into actionable business strategies.
- Professional certifications such as CPSM (Certified Professional in Supply Management) or CSCP are highly desirable.
