Responsibilities
- Develop and execute multi-year strategic sourcing initiatives to ensure supply continuity and cost leadership.
- Lead high-stakes contract negotiations with global Tier-1 suppliers to secure competitive pricing and favorable terms.
- Implement advanced vendor risk management frameworks to mitigate geopolitical and economic disruptions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional leadership in Finance and Operations to align procurement targets with corporate KPIs.
- Drive digital transformation by integrating AI-driven procurement tools and advanced ERP analytics into daily workflows.
- Conduct deep-dive market analysis to identify emerging trends and technological shifts in the purchasing landscape.
Qualifications
- 7+ years of progressive experience in strategic procurement or supply chain management.
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, or Engineering (MBA or Master’s preferred).
- Demonstrated expertise in managing multi-million dollar annual spend categories.
- Advanced proficiency in SAP S/4HANA or Oracle Cloud Procurement systems.
- Professional certification such as CPSM (Certified Professional in Supply Management) or MCIPS.
- Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable procurement strategies.
