Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic sourcing strategies for key commodities across 15+ countries
- Lead complex vendor negotiations resulting in 15%+ annual cost savings
- Manage end-to-end procurement cycles including RFPs, contracts, and SLA monitoring
- Drive sustainability initiatives through ethical supplier vetting and ESG compliance
- Analyze market trends to forecast supply chain risks and opportunities
- Lead cross-functional projects with engineering, logistics, and finance teams
- Mentor procurement analysts and junior staff to build high-performance teams
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 8+ years procurement experience with 3+ years in leadership roles
- CIPS/SCMP certification or equivalent procurement accreditation
- Expertise in ERP systems (SAP Ariba, Oracle Procurement) and data analytics
- Proven track record in international sourcing and cross-cultural negotiations
- Strong financial acumen with experience in cost-benefit analysis
- Exceptional stakeholder management skills across all organizational levels
