Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive global sourcing strategies for direct and indirect categories.
- Lead contract negotiations to secure favorable terms, pricing, and service level agreements (SLAs).
- Identify and mitigate supply chain risks through proactive market analysis and contingency planning.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align procurement activities with organizational growth goals.
- Manage and cultivate key supplier relationships to ensure performance excellence and innovation.
- Drive cost-saving initiatives without compromising quality or timeline requirements.
- Oversee procurement compliance and ensure adherence to company policies and industry regulations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in strategic procurement or supply chain management.
- Proven track record of successful contract negotiation and cost-reduction achievements.
- Expertise in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or Coupa).
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
- Professional certification such as CPSM or CSCP is highly preferred.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
