- Identify and mitigate supply chain risks through proactive market analysis and supplier diversification.
- Foster strong, long-term partnerships with global suppliers and stakeholders.
- Implement data-driven procurement processes to increase operational efficiency and cost savings.
- Monitor supplier performance metrics to ensure adherence to quality and service level agreements.
- Lead cross-functional teams to align procurement goals with organizational growth objectives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Finance, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in strategic procurement or tactical sourcing roles.
- Proven track record of managing high-value contract negotiations.
- Advanced proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics).
- Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex market data.
- Strong leadership abilities with experience managing diverse teams.
- Professional certification (CPSM, CSCP, or equivalent) is highly preferred.
