Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive procurement strategies to reduce costs and improve supply chain agility.
- Lead contract negotiations with key vendors to secure favorable terms, pricing, and service level agreements (SLAs).
- Analyze market trends and global supply chain data to mitigate risks and identify new sourcing opportunities.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Engineering, Finance, and Operations teams to forecast demand and streamline purchasing cycles.
- Monitor and evaluate supplier performance through periodic audits and KPI reporting.
- Manage the end-to-end procurement process, from requisition to payment, ensuring compliance with corporate policies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field; MBA is highly preferred.
- Minimum of 7+ years of experience in strategic sourcing, procurement, or supply chain management.
- Expert proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite) and advanced data analytics tools (Tableau, PowerBI, Excel).
- Strong certification credentials such as CPSM or CSCP are highly desired.
- Demonstrated history of successful contract negotiation and multi-million dollar budget management.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
