Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive category sourcing strategies to ensure supply chain resiliency.
- Lead contract negotiations with Tier-1 suppliers to achieve optimal pricing and service-level agreements.
- Monitor global market trends to proactively mitigate supply chain risks and inflationary pressures.
- Manage end-to-end purchasing lifecycles, ensuring full compliance with procurement policies and ethical standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Finance and Engineering, to streamline capital expenditure projects.
- Drive continuous improvement in vendor performance through rigorous KPIs and quarterly business reviews.
- Mentor junior procurement specialists and foster a culture of operational excellence.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Finance, or a related field; MBA or CPSM certification is highly preferred.
- Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in strategic sourcing or procurement within a global organization.
- Expertise in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and procurement analytics software.
- Proven track record of managing high-value spend portfolios exceeding $50M annually.
- Exceptional analytical, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Strong understanding of supply chain legal frameworks and international trade compliance.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, matrixed corporate environment.
