- Oversee supplier relationship management and performance metrics
- Ensure compliance with ISO 20400 sustainable procurement standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align procurement with business objectives
- Manage procurement budget and forecast for $50M+ annual spend
Qualifications
- 10+ years in procurement/supply chain management with 5+ in leadership roles
- CIPS or CPSM certification required
- Proven experience negotiating multi-million dollar contracts
- Expertise in ERP systems (SAP Ariba preferred)
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making ability
- Deep understanding of Singaporean and APAC regulatory frameworks
- Fluency in English with proficiency in Mandarin highly desirable
