Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive global sourcing strategies to reduce costs and mitigate supply chain risks.
- Lead contract negotiations for high-value procurement agreements with domestic and international vendors.
- Monitor market trends and commodity pricing to provide actionable insights for executive leadership.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with key strategic suppliers to ensure quality and reliability.
- Optimize procurement workflows and implement best-in-class ERP tools to increase departmental efficiency.
- Manage end-to-end procurement cycles, ensuring compliance with corporate governance and sustainability standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 7+ years of progressive experience in procurement or strategic sourcing.
- Proven track record of managing multi-million dollar vendor contracts.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or Coupa).
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills with a focus on cross-functional collaboration.
- Professional certification such as CPSM or CSCP is highly preferred.
