Responsibilities
- Develop and execute end-to-end procurement strategies for key commodities and services
- Lead supplier negotiations and contract management for complex agreements
- Analyze market trends and data to identify cost-saving opportunities
- Oversee supplier performance management and risk mitigation programs
- Collaborate with stakeholders to align procurement with business objectives
- Implement sustainable procurement practices and ESG compliance
- Manage procurement budget and financial forecasting
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or related field
- 8+ years of procurement experience with 3+ in managerial roles
- CIPS or CPSM certification preferred
- Expertise in strategic sourcing, contract management, and supplier diversity
- Advanced proficiency in procurement software (SAP Ariba, Coupa)
- Strong analytical skills with experience in spend analysis and KPI tracking
- Proven track record of implementing procurement transformation projects
- Excellent negotiation skills and stakeholder management abilities
