Responsibilities
- Develop and execute end-to-end procurement strategies across multiple categories (raw materials, IT services, MRO)
- Lead complex supplier negotiations and contract management to optimize total cost of ownership
- Analyze market trends and data to identify cost-saving opportunities and mitigate supply chain risks
- Oversee supplier relationship management, including performance metrics and continuous improvement initiatives
- Drive digital transformation by implementing e-procurement platforms and automation solutions
- Ensure compliance with ISO 20400 sustainable procurement standards and local regulations
- Lead cross-functional projects with stakeholders in finance, operations, and quality assurance
- Mentor and develop the procurement team through training programs and performance management
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 10+ years of procurement experience with 5+ years in leadership roles
- CIPS (Chartered Institute of Procurement & Supply) certification or equivalent
- Expertise in strategic sourcing, cost analysis, and supplier relationship management
- Proven track record of delivering 15%+ annual cost savings in complex procurement environments
- Advanced proficiency in SAP Ariba and e-procurement platforms
- Exceptional negotiation skills with experience in APAC markets
- Fluency in English and Mandarin (additional languages advantageous)
