Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive global sourcing strategies to reduce costs and mitigate supply risks.
- Lead complex contract negotiations with Tier-1 suppliers to ensure competitive pricing and favorable terms.
- Manage end-to-end procurement workflows, from RFP generation to final contract execution.
- Analyze market trends and supply chain data to forecast demand and drive process improvements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional leadership to align procurement activities with corporate financial goals.
- Monitor supplier performance through rigorous KPIs and quarterly business reviews.
- Ensure full compliance with industry standards, legal regulations, and internal governance policies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Finance, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- 5+ years of progressive experience in strategic sourcing, procurement, or supply chain management.
- Proven track record of managing large-scale procurement budgets and vendor portfolios.
- Expert-level proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or Coupa).
- Deep understanding of international logistics, trade compliance, and contract law.
- Exceptional analytical, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Professional certification such as CPSM or CSCP is highly desirable.
